About me
Hi, I’m Katy, an artist based in beautiful North Devon. I create vibrant, cheerful artwork inspired by the natural world.
My journey here wasn’t a straight line. I originally worked in the environmental sector, but after stepping away due to ill health, I found solace in time spent with nature. Rediscovering my childhood love of art lifted me out of loneliness and gave me a way to share the joy and hope I found in the wild places around me.
Now, I paint playful, nature-inspired pieces that bring colour, optimism, and connection into people’s homes. Each piece is rooted in stories of survival, resilience, and adaptation — reminders that even in tough times, life keeps finding a way.
Through my art, I want to bring that same sense of comfort and joy into your everyday spaces.
